Rootsweb has been re-configuring a couple of servers, resulting in delays. Whenever you feel mail is not flowing as expected, see helpdesk.rootsweb.com to see if there is a service interruption. At helpdesk.rootsweb.com there were regular updates re: bringing the server(s) back online.
