Thanks Lance, I have successfully transferred using the Dailt Telegraph Bootcamp Tips 309-310. I copied the message structure from Win 98 in C:\Windows\Application Data\Outlook Express\GUID\Microsoft\Outlook Express to Win XP home in C:\Docs&Settings\User\LocalSettings\ApplicationData\Identidies\GUID\Microsoft\OE Note: GUID is a complex number. If there are more than one, it is necessary in Win98 to follow each through to see where your boxes are. If this happens in the recipient machine, create an odd named box and see where a search finds it! This did not work for me the first time as it refused to copy folders.dbx. There was no clue on Lances InsideOE site, so I just did it again and it worked. Logical things, computers! The only other thing was that Yahoo tells me Lance has no account - it seems to work on alternate days. So thank you Lance! John Dowding Nayland SFK UK
