I am wanting to utilize my Clip Art Gallery to set up my Scrapbook for the Genealogy information that I have accumulated. I went in to open a certain art clip in the Microsoft Word/Works, Version 7, Clip Art Gallery, and I was told that I needed to insert my "CD" in order to download the clip art. I have no Windows XP - CD. Within my Tower, Drive D, I have 5 CD's stored which has the complete Windows XP program. I can not get the Clip Art Gallery to download to the program. Please, can someone tell me the proper way to do this. I tried to obtain the information from Windows & Compaq, and could not find the answer. I am putting all of my Genealogy information, charts, etc. into a scrapbook. Within the Clip Art Gallery there is an area such as page templates, etc. Thanks! Janet
Hi Janet, I believe the ClipArt comes with MS-Office. Check your MS-Office documentation and/or CD. I could be wrong, however. regards, Ken Quinn ----- Original Message ----- From: "Janet Yancey" <jjc@gvtc.com> To: <GEN-COMP-TIPS-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, August 30, 2004 1:08 PM Subject: [Gen-Comp-Tips] Windows XP Question > I am wanting to utilize my Clip Art Gallery to set up my Scrapbook for the Genealogy information that I have accumulated. > > I went in to open a certain art clip in the Microsoft Word/Works, Version 7, Clip Art Gallery, and I was told that I needed to insert my "CD" in order to download the clip art. > > I have no Windows XP - CD.
