Issue is finding a repository that will allow you to take their micro film / fiche home so you can scan. To-date, I have not been in a library that will allow you to use their scanner. OK. So now, another alternative is to take your laptop *AND* scanner that can copy negatives ... into the library ... then make digital copies.
