Wendy---Did you happen to have clicked on AOL'S recent offer of a new v ersion of AOL? If so, you will have to do some steps to get your stuff over to this version. I run AOL 9.0 SE (Security edition) I accepted the new offer--and hated it. I believe it was version 10.0 I also got the AOL Desk top, tool bar, or whatever they called it. But, I had nor uninstalled the old 9.0 version. So, I went back to START ALL PROGRAMS Found the AOL 9.0 program file--and made a new shortcut on my XP Desk top. I have now gone back to using 9.0. Hope this helps. But, if you didn't change versions, this won't be helpful. I have one question. What do you mean by your "email FOLDERS"? Also, did you change email addresses--if so, the email info is tied only to the old email address. Bob **************Planning your summer road trip? Check out AOL Travel Guides.
