Hi Kraig - Thanks for that help. I did try to re-install the original ME Disc - that was when there was a message advising that it could not be installed over the XP. Once I have been able to re-coup all my old files (which were all eliminated when I installed the XP) - I fully kntend to use the XP. Your help is appreciated. Joyce In sunny Toronto
