Do not use OPEN, that runs the script in the cookie, choose Open With or Send To. and choose WordPad or Notepad and you can read them without any danger of messing things up. You still may find it difficult to fugure out what it is for though. == Offline content is part of a website that is saved so you can view it without going back to it online. -- If you don't mind taking a bit more time to get back to some of the sites you have already visited, there is no potential problem with deleting them.
