A while back (6 months to a year) my HP 5P LaserJet needed a new toner cartricge. The price at OfficeMax was about $85 for a new one and $55 for a refurbished one. For some unknown reason I found an ad for PrintPal and their price was $37.50. But there was a coupon type deal that reduced the price to $28.50 and that included shipping. I ordered from them and received it in a few days. During those few (2? 3? 4?) of waiting I received 4 emails from them tracking the progress of my order. The cartridge is working just great (but I've only used it for less than a year) and their customer service was outstanding.
