Yesterday, a blue page popped up on my computer informing me it had to shut down and instructing me as to how to proceed. I could not follow the instructions (they came and went too fast) so just hit alt-control-delete. The computer would not shut down, the blue page remained. I turned off my computer. This morning a message greeted me when I turned on my computer. The message was basically that my computer had recovered from serious problem and was sending the below message (did not say where it was going). Below are the eight error messages that were sent to wherever they were sent. I need to know: 1. is my computer now damaged? It seemed to work okay today; 2. what was this all about? What caused the blue error page and the message of today? My computer is Vaio with Windows XP pro. What else is needed to obtain the help I need? Thanks for the help. Fred, These things happen infrequently and most people will never see them. You need only be concerned if it happens frequently - say every few weeks. If this does happen - please let us know and we'll try and help. The messages are sent to Microsoft. I haven't a clue as to what happens to them.
