    3. Hi Sybil- I have the same problem. Couldn't get any of them to work on my desktop with XP Home and the viewer installed. So I brought one of them to the Family Tree Maker Booth at the FGS conference in Boston. It worked fine on their computer. When I came home, I tried it on my laptop and it worked fine. Go figure. (Still can't get it to work on the desktop.) Sandy >> >> Sybil Chapman wrote: >> >>>How does one view these now? I have seven of the blasted things and I >>>can't get them to open.
