I am having memory problems. My machine only has 128 MB, and when I am on line and want to copy and paste something, lot of times I can not get my Word to open, because I am out of memory. This machine can handle 512 MB, so I have purchased two new 256 MB modules. I only have 2 slots , so I will have to remove the 128 MB module that is in the machine. Can this cause a problem? My last machine had 4 slots, so when I upgraded the memory in it, I just added two new equal modules, leaving the old one in place.
