Hi listers, Can someone tell me if Windows Xp enables me to extract and save a few bars from songs on CDs please? I am putting together a genealogy slide show with music in Powerpoint. Windows 98SE use to have a function where you could take a few bars or notes from a song and save them as a sound file, but I cant find how to do it in XP. Any suggestions. Regards Judith Neville
