I'm not aware of any easy way to convert them to Word documents. But you can import them into Word via :- Insert - Picture - From file Then select the graphic you want to import. You can then "save as" to create a Word document, and resize, crop and generally play around with it as you see fit. However, to create an editable document from them, you would need to go down the lines of using OCR software. Best wishes.
