Can anyone help with email problems. When on line my computer is very slow. My virus programs say my computer is virus free. Off line my computer runs great. I sometimes get a message saying "firewalls are preventing -----" I have Norton Anti-Virus & zone alarm. My provider is MSN. Is there anything I can do to speed up the online process? While I'm asking questions, is their a file somewhere that I can look at to see if I have any viruses? Thanks, Dianne
