Maureen, >I too have a "conversion" question (of which Roy's post reminded me). > >I have several floppies from my word processor which I would like to convert >so I can put the material on my computer. Is there any way of doing that?? This will not take any type of conversion process. Simply copy the files from the floppies to your hard drive and open them with your processor program. Or if they need editing, you can open them directly from the floppy with your word processor, edit them and save them back to floppy or your hard drive. Art
Thanks Art. When I first started writing my Master's Thesis I didn't own a computer (1997) so I put all my work on my WP. In 1998 I got my computer but soon after had to take a long break from school. Now I'm starting back and need that material in my computer.
