I tried clicking on URLS from emails, and I also tried my usual way of clicking on my shortcuts on desktop, and when all that failed I typed them in. Nothing!! Just after I wrote back to you, I tried again several times to get ATT by phone. An automated voice told me to try again later. I got ATT as my ISP end of February. I hope I don't need to change again for lack of support. Changing is a real PIA because I am on a lot of Rootsweb mailing lists, do lots of online shopping, and have scads of friends and relatives that I email regularly. Thanks again.
