Why is it that some e-mails I receive have to be downloaded and others don't? I find myself deleting the ones that do have to be downloaded but always wonder what I am missing. Vicki

Vicki, The ones that seem to be needing to download are ones that contain graphic files embedded within the letter. Usually SPAM.
