I know what you mean, and some of them act as if they're doing the customer a favor. My last ISP before ATT was a small local company that I had for almost 6 yrs. The owner was always available in person. It broke my heart to lose him but he simply couldn't compete with the "big guys". Wonder why?? Good service maybe. LOL.
