I finally got thru to ATT. It was an ISP problem. That said, I still have no idea why or how it happened. The rep said that "somehow" my settings got changed. Considering the fact that NOBODY but me ever touches this computer, I still haven't a clue as to why they were changed. I've been using the "old" ones for 5 months now.
