I moved it to the bottom of the screen. I would like to be able to find a Surname, Name in the sort by Census # so I can find neithbors easily. Also many people do not have Excel and I do not know if the Excel viewer will allow sorting. bob gillis

    3. Bob, >Yes I know I can sort on three columns. As I posted before. If you use a database program, it will accomplish everything you desire! You wouldn't have to redo your Excel spreadsheet. Just import the data into the database. The only additional work would be the linking of information for queries. The database would allow as many results (such as neighbors, street names, house numbers, etc.) to a search as you set it up to return. Art
