    3. I've just installed the above items The icons appear on the bottom right bar of my screen and both when clicked say enabled but when I try to open them nothing happens. Have I installed correctly? I had the same problem with Norton 2002 that is why I updated I am using Windows XP Professional Any suggestions Thanks Nora

    3. Nora, Try right clicking on the icons. You should get a small menu. The other way is to open them from the Start> All Programs (there you will find a more in depth menu).
