Ok.....not sure what graphic files are. Would that mean files that contain graphics? Most of these e-mails come from either my cousin or a good friend...both of whom do not have AOL. Does it matter that they have an ISP other than AOL? Vicki
Vicki, Graphic files are pictures. Since they are coming from known people, there shouldn't be any problem with reading them. The letters could also contain HTML (web) formatting and that would/could take them longer to download. It shouldn't matter what ISP they come from.
