    3. Jean, Make sure you unplug your modem from your phone jack or you could end up with charges on your phone bill for calls to some far out countries. Then, have someone knowledgeable look at your PC. Also be sure that your system is protected by the latest AV software definitions that you use.     3. Jean, Spyware Nuker is considered Spyware. You should try Spybot. It is updated frequently, so perhaps it will fix your problem. It is free, but they welcome donations.
