1. My PC (Windows XP Professional) crashed and I received a crash analysis report. Stupidly I did not print it out and now I have lost it! Is there any way of retrieving it please? 2. On an entirely different subject I want to make some address labels in Word and cannot find the way to do it. Putting "labels" into the help section is useless! Joan.
