I use both Word 2003 and WP12 in Windows XP pro. On the HP printer, the tab is set to print in color. I do have a color cartridge installed. The Christmas cards will not print in color. I went to the printers/fax area on Control Panel and changed that tab to print color. Still, no Christmas greetings in color. Can anyone advise me how to fix this problem? Perhaps I can send out New Year's greetings in color. Thank you for any help. Fred, Sr.
