I have recently received a Recordable CD from a friend of mine in England, but I have not been able to open it, as the following message appears: "Can't read file header - unknown format" I have Windows 2000 Millenium, 7.1 Netscape Browser and, although I have the InfanView installed, this doesn't help. I did open it in one of my Document Files, but all that appeared was unreadable and encrupted. Does anybody have any suggestions as to how I might be able to open this - is it anything to do with it originating in England? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Joyce .
Do you know what kind of computer and what software was used to create it? If you can find out, that would be your best chance to open the CD.
