I keep trying to download my email messages. When it gets to message # 6 it throws up this message: Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Hello Jane Go to your mail online. www.bellsouth.net over to the top left is tour and under that is home, e-mail etc. click on e-mail and sign in. See if you have any extra large mails or strange e-mails. I have had it do this with no obvious reason. Just delete the mail from there and then it should work. This happens to me when the connection to my ISP - Roadrunner - cuts out. If the server is unstable that can happen so often you'll download your mail 20 times before you get it all once. If it's connecting at all then the problem is probably not at your end. See if your ISP offers webmail; if it does, you can go in through your browser and trim your mail. That may help.
