Your help in resolving the following problems would be most appreciated. I seem to be getting in deeper by the minute. OPERATING SYSTEM: Windows XP Home + sp2 BACKUP SOFTWARE: Norton Ghost 1. Recently installed an internal slave HD (E:) for backup via Ghost. I've never been successful. Ghost error reports indicate 1184 sectors of C drive are unreadable. Is this repairable or worth a try? 2. I tried to copy "C" to "E" via Ghost without bypassing bad sectors without success....Ghost aborted. After that, "E' drive cannot be found by "Explorer" or "My Computer". "Drive Manager" has it without any identification. What does this mean and how do I restore the configuration? 3. I do not have a Windows XP CD, but I do have a Recovery Disk. How do I obtain the backup utility and the disk partition utility? If it's obtainable from the Recovery disk, I don't know how. Any advice is welcomed in advance! Bill Adams
