    1. [GEN-COMP-TIPS] Photo editing program advice needed

    3. Can anyone recommend a free photo editing program that is easy to use and compatible with Vista? I want to be able to get rid of creases in old scanned photos and suchlike, but I am none too technological. I was able to do this quite easily (in an amateur fashion) on a program I had on my last computer, but I don't know what this was called and am now looking for something to replace it. Thank you, Lorraine
