Photoshop CS3 comes in two versions - CS3 and CS3 Extended. Both are at the "top" of the Photoshop family (Extended has more features for professionals). Not sure of Australian prices, but in the US, Adobe Photoshop CS3 is around $649, while Photoshop Elements is around $199.
