    1. [GEN-COMP-TIPS] Question regarding Outlook emails
    2. Judy Burns
    3. I am using Windows XP Home with Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 and use Outlook for email. It would appear that I have made some change in my computer that has resulted in certain emails - Ancestry Weekly Journal, Family Tree Magazine Newsletter, and World Vital Records Newsletter to be received with only links appearing. I am subscribed to numerous publications and am still receiving those in correct format. I haven't made any deliberate changes to Outlook settings. I recently downloaded a new edition of Spybot and also downloaded Spyware Doctor. Can anyone tell me if those two programs might have affected my receipt of certain emails. I have looked at both programs and don't see how they could be producing this problem. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks very much, Judy Oklahoma City

    3. Try to shut those programs down and see if email returns to normal. -----Original Message----- From: gen-comp-tips-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:gen-comp-tips-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Judy Burns Sent: Sunday, June 15, 2008 5:05 PM To: GEN-COMP-TIPS-L@rootsweb.com Subject: [GEN-COMP-TIPS] Question regarding Outlook emails I am using Windows XP Home with Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 and use Outlook for email.
