Hi, How do you adjust the timing out for the connection to a web page? I have been trying to get on the Texas State Library's Web Site for days with no luck. I get the message "Failure to connect to Web Server". I think it may be a timing out problem. I am running XP Home, SP2 with Direcway Satellite and IE Ver 6.
