I received the new SP2 disk and installed it okay. Everything appeared to work okay until I tried to pull up census records from Ancestry.com. I was not allowed to access the actual census records although everything worked up until the actual census record should have displayed. I checked my settings to see if I should turn off some blocking process but could not identify anything. I lowered my security setting to med low but this did not work either. Need help. Another item is that when I run Norton to check for any problems I get a consistent error message that there is a missing program component "mscoree.dll" and Norton says it fixes the problem but the next time I check for problems with windows, the same problem is there. Any help appreciated. Sadie
