Need Advice! I am working on my Genealogy, and tried to open an item, and a "Red outlined Box, with an Yellow X" appeared. The item would not open. I am running Microsoft XP Home Addition, and I have not downloaded the new XP. Help! Thanks, Janet

Janet, What was the name of the "item"? What application were you attempting to open it with. Any info you can provide will be of assistance to us.
