    3. Janet, There is no set answer for this question. It would depend on what parts of the SP you need, the speed of your CD player, the hard drive speed, and many other factors. If you need a time frame to work with, figure anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour or a little more. On average, about 45 minutes. Keep in mind that the CD contains ALL updates to XP to the date of the CD. The CD contains 475 MB of data!
