Yes, I have used roboform for nearly two years now and it is very helpful and easy to use. There is a free version and a "pro" version. I have a notebook labeled "Internet" and therein keep paper copies of all my passwords and other items that need to be recalled occasionally, including screen names, dates of subscription, etc. I also have copies of welcome messages, etc. in a folder titled "Welcomes" in Outlook Express.
