    3. I am not very computer literate and need some advice. I just finished removing Norton AntiVirsus 2002 and downloading and installing Norton AntiVirsus 2005. The recommendation with Norton AntiVirsus 2005 is that Windows Firewall be removed and Norton protection be used instead. My questions---Is that what someone with knowledge in this area would agree with and if that is done will the likelihood of being able to use census images from Ancestry.com be increased? Thank you.

    3. Sue, You can not remove the Windows firewall without removing SP2. You can however, turn it off. Start > Control Panel > Security Center. As to which one would be better to access Ancestry.com, I suggest you try them both and see which one offers the better performance. NOTE: Do not run both at the same time. They can and will conflict with each other. Art >I am not very computer literate and need some advice.
