I am totally frustrated. I had to download Netscape to my XP computer for work. I saw that they have the most updated version of IM. I tried numerous times to download it and I keep getting error messages that say there is an interruption with my ISP service. I looked at their help section and tried different phone numbers...but it still happens. Can someone please tell me how to load AOL IM on my xp machine. I'm totally frustrated. Many thanks. Kathy
