    3. What browser are you using? Do you have this problem in all of Internet Explorer, Netscape, and Opera. What census years? Some years (1920) use MrSID viewer, others (1880, 1930) use the HTML viewer. If you have an Ancestry.com subscription, call or Email their customer service. Find out if they know about incompatibilities with SP2. Then post the result here. <rant on> If you are using Internet Explorer, I'd suggest trying a different browser. My Opera post yesterday explains how to tweak Opera to use MrSID. I flubbed that a little. The two files are NPMrSID.dll and NPMrSID.ini. I gave up Internet Explorer years ago, when Netscape 1.0 was released. IE was too slow and too much work to do simple things. There was a lot of discussion on the Opera forums (http://my.opera.com/forums/) about SP2. Seemed like a mixed bag. Several weird problems mentioned. <rant off> Jim Raehl Bluffroad1@aol.com wrote: > I received the new SP2 disk and installed it okay.
