    3. Interesting statement, Sue: how do you "know" an attachment is "safe"? I have been receiving attachments for years and every one of them is judged as a potential threat to my computer, regardless of who sends it. I scan every attachment before opening it. There is just no way to rely on the fact that because a relative has sent it, it must be safe.
