There are a number of unwanted addresses in my browser which resist all efforts to delete ......... does anyone have any advice? Old Joe

Hello go to tools-internet options-delete history. Be warned. It will delete all of them. even new ones. You could lower the number of days to keep the history. then only the ones you use often will be there. While on the page you can delete temporary Internet files. If you delete the cookies you will need to put some passwords back in to use those pages again. Like Ancestry.com pay pages.
