    3. Art, I closed Norton, and my Dial-up Accelerator from my Internet provider when I downloaded the XP2 package. So far everything is working well. Does Microsoft Work-Works, 2002, Version 7.0, already have Office included in it? So far, everything I look at to download in M. Works-Word, refers to M. Office, such as clip art, templates, etc. I know that there is a 2003, but I thought possibly since everything was already downloaded on my new Compaq, it might be there, but not running. Thanks again for all of your help! 3. Janet, Glad to hear you haven't had any problems. Works and Office are two different products. You can check the Works home page and see if there are any updates or add-ons that you may want to download. http://www.microsoft.com/products/works/default.mspx There is a 7.0 update and Clip Gallery Update listed. Hope this helps. Art >Art, I closed Norton, and my Dial-up Accelerator from my Internet provider >when I downloaded the XP2 package.
