Why do they lose goodwill and irritate customers by making it so difficult to uninstall? Any other ideas gratefully received. Also I can't find a way of emailing CCleaner and it's not in FAQ--- but you can send them money through PayPal of course. John ............ John, Have you tried using the tools in CCleaner? There is a good uninstaller built into CCleaner, and maybe you can use the option of "remove only" for the program. I went to the CCleaner website to read about the newest update. When you click to download the new version, the download installer page comes up. Look under "what's new in this version" and see "other builds." In looking at the "other builds" page it offers two versions of CCleaner without the toolbar option. Wishing you good luck, Nancy O.
