About every 1 to 2 minutes a small window opens on the center of the screen and says "resolution notice". And it says in detail that it would be better if I used 1280 X 1024 resolution. I use 1024X768 resolution. I have a windows xp media center computer that is new. This has been going on since I got it the first of the month. I have an Nvidia video board and a Viewsonic flat screen lcd. The window does not open when I am in my browser on line. Does anyone have any idea where the switch would be to shut this off?
