    3. Anthony, you message is a little unclear. In what way do you mean "unable to get it on to my computer"? Are you unable to download it? Are you unable to install the download if you managed to get it on to your computer? Have you received the password from Legacy? Perhaps the download is "faulty" - have you tried downloading it again? The normal procedure for installing any program into Windows, is to shut down all running programs and then use ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS. Have you followed that procedure? 3. Hi to all I am a Legacy user -- have been for years. My experience with downloading the program is that you have an option of having the installation done from the web which is the way I do it. BUT first, there is a little program (Legacy5Setup.exe) that you download wherever you want to put it on your system (I use My Documents). Once you have this program on your hard drive, you can run it but you must remain connected to the internet. What this does is activate the program such that you will have the rest of the program installed from the web. This can take a while, depending on the speed of your internet connection. It may prompt you for the password at that time (that has been my more recent experience) or you might be able to get the entire installation done and then, when you want to run the actual Legacy program, it will prompt you for the password. I hope that this is of some help. If not, please contact me at my e-mail address and I'll see if I can help you. Lucy > Anthony, you message is a little unclear. 3. Thank you everyone who answered my query about using LEGACY. I'm sorry, I was indeed a little unclear, Lance. I bought the program some weeks ago, tucked it into my C Drive, forgot about it, and now using FIND located some bits of it, but none of them made the program operative, and that is all I have done.. So there is now my problem.
