    3. Art, I have copied "my documents" to a CD for backup. 1. Will this upgrade write over my dial-up configuration for the Internet, and will I have to configure again? 2. Will I still have the same set-up that I have done on my Windows XP, or will I have to do this over again? 3. I know I have to disable Norton, and do I disable my Dial-up Accelerator that my GVTC server has provided? Thanks, Janet

    3. Janet, >I have copied "my documents" to a CD for backup. Good. >1. Will this upgrade write over my dial-up configuration for the >Internet, and will I have to configure again? No, your current configurations will not be overwritten. >2. Will I still have the same set-up that I have done on my Windows XP, >or will I have to do this over again? Yes, all customizations will remain. >3. I know I have to disable Norton, and do I disable my Dial-up >Accelerator that my GVTC server has provided? No. When I installed to SP2, I didn't disable anything. I installed it from the net, however. It is a good idea to shut down as much as possible so the installation maybe a little faster. If I was installing from the CD, I would shut down everything that is not necessary. Art
