My computer tells me a file is "open and in use". Yet I can't find the file or I would close it. Help gene

Hello Gene Turn your comp off and then back on. If that doesn't do it then turn off your virus checker and reinstall FTM. Make sure not online. Then reboot again. Should be ready to go now.
