I just downloaded the latest version of CCleaner, and they have installed the Yahoo Tool Bar. Have tried the Add/Remove on Windows, but it doesn't work. Can you tell me how to get rid of this Tool Bar please? John
Try uninstalling CCleaner. It may remove the toolbar. It is a pity CCleaner includes that as a default install rather than making it an option. Once you have uninstalled CCleaner and hopefully, Yahoo toolbar, too, reinstall CCleaner and make sure the Yahoo toolbar is unselected. > -----Original Message----- > From: [email protected] > Sent: Sat, 21 Oct 2006 23:20:03 +0200 > To: [email protected] > Subject: [GEN-COMP-TIPS] CCleaner and Yahoo > > I just downloaded the latest version of CCleaner, and they have installed > the Yahoo Tool Bar.
