Check if it is showing in your Add and Remove Programs listing in Control Panel. If it is remove it from there. If it isn't, go to the folder where FTM4 is installed and look for an "uninstall" icon there. If there isn't, just delete the whole folder of FTM4, but make sure you don't delete your data files, if they are stored in there. It won't make any difference if you still have it installed when you start to install the new version. Just install the new version in another folder (most important!).
