Left Click on START Left Click on CONTROL PANEL Double Click on NETWORK CONNECTIONS Double Click on Dialup Connection At this view you should have several options at the top. Be sure you are at (or Click) GENERAL. Click on the CONFIGURE BUTTON. You should be able to set your speed there by clicking on the speed arrow and selecting what you want. Then Click OK Close out all windows--and you should be reset. I see mine was set at 114,xxx, even though I have a 56 modem. Bob
